ALUMNUS OF THE MONTH ENTRY GUIDELINES

Due to limited space available for this entry on the website, we suggest that you observe the following guidelines;

 1. Limit the total words of your entry to approximately 500. More wordings would mean smaller fonts which may not be readable

2. Please extract all relevant portions of your current bio-data to match the entry format below, before sending your entry to us.

3. All entries sent in must be in electronic format, preferably in Microsoft word document format. Other forms of entry may loose features after conversion to MS Word.

4. Please send in your pictures preferably in medium resolution and JPEG format. Alternatively we may have to reformat it for publication.

5. Entrees whose spouses are alumnus may send in the couple’s picture.
