Reunion Hosting Checklist

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR HOSTING THE INTERNATIONAL REUNION 

1. Branch must have been already chartered by BOP. 
2. Branch President and General Secretary shall send a formal intent and request to host the next International Reunion to the BOP. 
3. Branch members must have been meeting for a minimum of one (1) year prior to the date of the International Reunion to be hosted. 
4. Branch must be in good financial standing with the USA Chapter.
